Landsbankinn hf. : Landsbankinn issues bonds in Swedish kroner

Today Landsbankinn completed a bond offering in Swedish kroner. Bonds with a
nominal value of SEK 1 billion were issued, maturing in June 2020. The bonds
issued were SEK 700 million floating rate at STIBOR + 1% and SEK 300 million at
0.75% fixed rate.

The deal was well oversubscribed and the bonds were sold to more than 20 Nordic
investors. The transaction was arranged by Danske Bank and SEB. The bonds are
issued under Landsbankinn's EMTN program, and will be listed on the Irish Stock
Exchange.
