Cargotec's Financial statements review 2011 to be published on Tuesday, 7 February 2012

CARGOTEC CORPORATION, STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT, 12 JANUARY 2012 AT 2 P.M. EET

Cargotec Corporation will publish its Financial statements review 2011 on
Tuesday, 7 February 2012 at 12:00 p.m. EET. The report will be available at
www.cargotec.com after publication.

A press conference for analysts and media, combined with a live international
telephone conference, will be arranged on the publishing day at 1:30 pm EET at
Cargotec's head office, Sörnäisten rantatie 23, Helsinki. The event will be held
