Tiimari is looking for new strategic options for its promotional gifts business

TIIMARI IS LOOKING FOR NEW STRATEGIC OPTIONS FOR ITS PROMOTIONAL GIFTS BUSINESS 

Tiimari has resolved to focus on its retail sales businesses and the business   
specialising in sales promotion gifts and PR-solutions is no more regarded as a 
focus area. Tiimore's sales in 2008 was EUR 1.1 million and it employs 8        
persons. Thus, Tiimari has decided to look for new strategic solutions for the  
promotional gifts business in its subsidiary Tiimore Oy. Codetermination        
negotiations are commenced with the whole personnel in Tiimore. Eventual        
solutions are not expected to have a major effect on the full year profits.
