THE SALE OF LÄMPÖ-TUKKU OY TO ONNINEN OY HAS BEEN CLOSED

As of today, the sale of Lämpö-Tukku Oy to Onninen Oy has been closed in
accordance with the agreement published on March 12 2012. The Finnish
Competition Authority has approved the transaction and the transaction has now
been closed.
