Oriola-KD has sold its Dental Trade business to Lifco

Oriola-KD Corporation Stock Exchange Release 28 October 2010 at 10.00 a.m.

On 28 October 2010 Oriola-KD sold its Dental Trade business, the minority
holding of 30 per cent in Lifco Dental International AB, to Lifco AB. Lifco is
paying approximately EUR 69 million in cash for Oriola-KD's minority holding.
Oriola-KD will recognise a profit of some EUR 37 million from the transaction in
the fourth quarter of 2010. The sale of the Dental Trade business supports
Oriola-KD's strategy to focus on pharmaceutical retail and wholesale businesses.

The Dental Trade businesses of Oriola-KD and Lifco AB were combined in 2007.
Lifco AB's ownership of Lifco Dental International AB after this transaction is
100 per cent. Oriola-KD will report the Dental Trade figures under discontinued
operations in the 2010 financial statements.
