OPERATING RESULTS OF LIETUVOS ENERGIJA, AB FOR THE 9 MONTHS OF 2012 


Elektrenai, Lithuania, 2012-11-29 14:09 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The financial
statements for the 9 months period ended 30 September 2012 have been prepared
according to the International Financial Reporting Standards. 

Unaudited operating results of Lietuvos energija, AB for the 9 months of 2012:

  -- income LTL 872 million (EUR 253 million), (9 months of 2011: LTL 995
     million (EUR 288 million);
  -- net profit LTL 32 million (EUR 9 million), (9 months of 2011: LTL 33
     million (EUR 9,5 million).

Unaudited consolidated operating results of  Lietuvos energija, AB group of
companies for the 9 months of 2012: 

  -- income LTL 1.079 million (EUR 313 million), (9 months of 2011: LTL 1.036
     million (EUR 300 million);
  -- net profit LTL 36 million (EUR 10,5 million), (9 months of 2011: LTL 43
     million (EUR 12,5 million).

energija, AB, Energijos tiekimas UAB, UAB “Kauno energetikos remontas”, UAB
Technologijų ir inovacijų centras. 

Lietuvos energija, AB group of companies in January-Septemer 2011:  Lietuvos
energija, AB, Energijos tiekimas UAB, UAB “Kauno energetikos remontas”, UAB
“Data Logistics Center”. 

Furthermore, the financial statements for the 9 months of 2012, certified by
the company officers, are published in the website of  NASDAQ OMX Vilnius and
the website of the company according to the procedure established by the law.
