Following the requirements of part 2 of Article 25 of the Law on Securities of
the Republic of Lithuania, Šiaulių Bankas AB informs that total number of
voting rights granted by shares issued by the bank equals to 293,220,000, the
authorized capital of the bank amounts to EUR 85,033,800 and is divided into
293,220,000 ordinary registered shares with the nominal value of EUR 0.29 each.
