Siauliu Bankas AB - Notification on material event

CORRECTION: The pre-audited activity result for 9 months of 2009 of Šiaulių bankas AB and the Bank's Group

According to the pre-audited data Šiaulių bankas incurred LTL 9.642 million
(EUR 2.793 million)in loss over the nine months of 2009, while the Bank's Group
incurred LTL 16.897 million (EUR 4.894 million) in loss. The activity result
was determined by the significant special provisions formed to doubtful assets
and decline of net interest caused by the increased price of monetary
resources.
