Basware sings Business Transactions and printing services  agreement in Finland

Basware has agreed to deliver Basware Business Transactions and printing
services to a medium-sized company in finance in Finland. The value of the
agreement is approximately EUR 600 000 over the next three years. The services
will be in use from the beginning of 2012.

Basware Business Transactions service enables the customer company to automate
invoice handling and switch to 100% e-invoice format from day one.  Basware
Business Transactions service sends all the invoices electronically, converts
the invoices into a required format and delivers the invoices to the customer's
systems or to printing services."Basware Business Transaction services enable companies to automate invoice
processes and lower the costs. We are happy to be able to deliver our Business
Transactions and printing services to a new customer in finance.  The services
offered by Basware can also be scaled as invoice volumes grow," says Ilkka
