Klaipedos Nafta AB - Interim information

UNAUDITED INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE NINE MONTHS OF 2010

During the nine months of 2010 the Company:

- reloaded 5.872 thousand tones of oil products; that is 83 % of the total
planned, annual  transshipment volume  (it is planned to reload 7.100 thousand
tones during the year 2010 - this amount corresponds to the designed capacity
of the Terminal). If compared to the transshipment of the nine months of 2009
(5.544 thousand tones) the Company reloaded by 6 % or 328 thousand tones more
oil products; 
- received LTL 91.381 thousand (EUR 26.466 thousand) income, that is 89 % of
the targeted, annual amount of sales income (the plan for 2010 - LTL 103.000
thousand or EUR 29.830 thousand). Sales income of the nine months of 2010, if
compared to the same period of 2009, increased by 7 % from LTL 83.700 thousand
(EUR 24.241 thousand) up to LTL 89.874 thousand (EUR 26.029 thousand). The
increased transshipment of oil products by 6 % influenced the increase in
earnings (the Company's 97 % of operating income consist of the income received
from reloading of oil products); 
- generated a preliminary net profit of LTL 26.619 thousand (EUR 7.709
thousand), that is by 7 % more than during the nine months of 2009 - LTL 24.769
thousand (EUR 7.173 thousand).
