Martin Tallberg resigns from the Board of Directors of Sponda Plc

Mr. Martin Tallberg has resigned from his post as a Board of Directors member
of property investment company Sponda Plc. The resignation is effective as of
25 August 2009. 

Martin Tallberg was elected as a new member to Sponda's Board of Directors at
the Annual General Meeting 2009 on 25 March 2009.
