Publication of Supplement to Prospectus

The Supplement dated 27 October 2008 has been prepared to provide new
information, which has come into existence since the Prospectus of Atlantic
Airways P/F dated 9 November 2007 and has to be read in conjunction with the
Prospectus of Atlantic Airways P/F dated 9 November 2007. 

The Supplement dated 27 October 2008 and Prospectus dated 9 November 2007 are
both attached.
