Announcement about the Increased Authorized Capital of the joint-stock Company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA

The joint-stock company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA, a company established and performing
under laws of the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 220551550, address
of the registered head-office Žvejų g. 14, LT-09310 Vilnius (hereinafter - the
Company), data about the company are collected and stored in the Register of
Legal Entities, hereby informs that on September 8, 2010 a new revision of
Articles of Association of the Company was registered at the Register of Legal
Entities, after which the procedure of increasing of the authorized capital of
the Company was completed. 

The authorized capital of the Company was increased from LTL 689.515.435 Lt
(six hundred eighty nine million five hundred fifteen thousand four hundred and
thirty five litas) to LTL 993.614.306 (nine hundred ninety three million six
hundred fourteen thousand three hundred and six litas). The Company‘s
authorized capital was divided into 993.614.306 (nine hundred ninety three
million six hundred fourteen thousand three hundred and six) ordinary
registered shares with nominal value of LTL 1 (one litas).
