SOLTEQ PLC: CHANGE IN THE PUBLISHING DAY FOR SOLTEQ OYJ'S INTERIM REPORT JANUARY-MARCH 2012

Solteq Plc Stock Exchange Release, 5 April 2012 at 11.00am

Due to the earlier announced corporate acquisition, Solteq Oyj changes the
publishing day of the January-March 2012 interim report from the earlier
reported (19 April 2012). The new publishing day is Wednesday, 25 April 2012 at
9.00am. Other publishing days for 2012 remain unchanged.
