Raili Mäkinen and Tony Vepsäläinen to enter Pohjola Board Of Directors

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Pohjola Non-Life Insurance Company Ltd, a  
subsidiary of OKO Bank plc, confirmed on 18 April 2007 the number of members of 
the Pohjola Board of Directors at seven. Ms Raili Mäkinen, President of Sanoma  
Magazines Finland Corporation, and Mr Tony Vepsäläinen, President of the OP Bank
Group Central Cooperative, were elected as new members of the Board of          
Directors.                                                                      
In addition to the above-mentioned persons, the Board of Directors includes     
Mr Mikael Silvennoinen, President and CEO of OKO Bank plc (Chairman), Ms Sini   
Kivihuhta, Senior Vice President responsible for Client Relations of Ilmarinen  
Mutual Pension Insurance Company, Mr Timo Laine, Managing Director of           
Päijät-Hämeen Osuuspankki, Mr Ilkka Salonen, CFO of OKO Bank plc, and Mr Tomi   
Yli-Kyyny, President of Pohjola Non-Life Insurance Company Ltd.
