Talentum Corporation: Notification pursuant to chapter 9, section 10 of the Finnish securities market act

Talentum Corporation has received the following notification on 13 November
2015: 

NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE OF SHAREHOLDING PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 9, SECTION 5 OF
THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKET ACT 

1. Issuer of the shares

Talentum Corporation, business identity code 0114701-2.

2. Name of the shareholder subject to notification obligation

Alma Media Corporation.

3. Reason for the notification

Reason for notification is agreement or other arrangement that, if realised,
would result in the acquisition of shares or voting rights. 

The tender offer period of the exchange offer made by Alma Media Corporation to
the shareholders and option holders of Talentum Corporation began on 14 October
2015 and ended on 12 November 2015. The acceptances for the exchange offer
amount to 27,521,886 shares representing 62.13 percent of all shares and voting
rights in Talentum Corporation. Alma Media Corporation has on 13 November 2015
received information on the acceptances made on 12 November 2015 which will
lead to exceeding the flagging notification threshold. If the exchange offer
shall be completed, the number of shares and voting rights of Talentum
Corporation held by Alma Media Corporation including the number of shares and
voting rights of the companies controlled by it, will rise over 90 per cent. 

Kauppalehti Ltd is a subsidiary company of Alma Media Corporation totally owned
by Alma Media Corporation. Other companies of the group but Alma Media
Corporation and Kauppalehti Ltd do not own Talentum Corporation's shares. 

The completion date of the exchange offer is preliminary expected to be 20
November 2015.

shares of Talentum registered at the Trade Register on 13 November 2015 and the
total amount of voting rights related to them, i.e. 44,295,787 shares and
voting rights.
