DOVRE GROUP'S FINANCIAL REPORTING IN 2013

Dovre Group Plc releases its financial statements for January 1 - December 31,
2012 on Thursday, February 14, 2013. The Annual General meeting will be held on
Thursday, March 14, 2013. The meeting venue and time will be announced later. 

Dovre Group releases its 2013 interim reports as follows:

  -- Interim report for January 1 - March 31, 2013 on Thursday, April 25, 2013
  -- Interim report for January 1 - June 30, 2013 on Thursday, July 25, 2013
  -- Interim report for January 1 - September 30, 2013 on Thursday, October 24,
     2013.
