Transaction of own shares 


Tórshavn, Faroe Islands, 2013-04-09 19:56 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- P/F Atlantic
Petroleum (OMX: FO-ATLA) announces a transaction of own shares. P/F Atlantic
Petroleum has today acquired 1,521 shares at DKK 163.3087 per share and
transferred the shares to Ben Arabo CEO at DKK 172.55 per share. The
transaction is completed in relation to bonus remuneration as described in the
2012 Annual Accounts issued 15th March 2013.
