ELISA APPLIES FOR LISTING OF THE 2007A STOCK OPTIONS ON THE NASDAQ OMX HELSINKI STOCK XCHANGE

The Board of Directors of Elisa has 17.11.2009 made a decision to
apply for listing of the Elisa 2007A stock options on the NASDAQ OMX
Helsinki Ltd as of approximately 1 December 2009.

The total number of outstanding 2007A stock options is 850,000. Each
2007A stock option entitles its holder to subscribe for one (1) Elisa
share. 369,150 pieces of 2007A stock options are in the possession of
Elisa's subsidiary, which can't subscribe for shares with the stock
options.

The present share subscription price with 2007A stock option is EUR
18.04 per share. Future dividends and capital repayments will be
deducted from the subscription price upon payment. The share
subscription period for 2007A stock options will begin on 1 December
2009 and end on 31 May 2011.

Elisa announced the stock option scheme 2007 on 18 December 2007. The
release contains the terms and conditions of Elisa stock options
2007.
