TeliaSonera’s notification on crossing the threshold of 75 per cent of votes

On 10 May 2012 TEO LT, AB (hereinafter “the Company” or “TEO”) received a
notification from TeliaSonera AB about crossing the threshold of 75 per cent of
votes at the General Meeting of the Company's shareholders.
