NOMINATION IN PANOSTAJA - SIMO MUSTILA APPOINTED CFO AT PANOSTAJA GROUP	        

Simo Mustila (born 1967, M.Sc. Econ, MBA) has been appointed new CFO at         
Panostaja Group. Mustila will be responsible of Group's financial management,   
financing and administration. Prior to this Mustila worked as CFO of DNA Group  
and in Delta Motor Group as F&I Manager. Mustila will become a member of        
Panostaja Group's management team and will start in his position during November
2010.
