Concerning the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings

investicijos, code 149519891, registered office address Miškininkų St. 17,
LT-62200, Alytus, the Republic of Lithuania. 

According to the material event notice of 22 December 2010, acting in
accordance with legal acts the Manager of the Company filed with the Kaunas
Regional Court the petition concerning the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings
of AB ALT investicijos. The court awarded the petition, and decided on 19
January 2011 to: 

  --  initiate the bankruptcy proceedings of AB ALT investicijos. 
  --  appoint UAB Insolvensa (company's code 302315617, registered office
      address Konstitucijos Av. 12, Vilnius) to act as the administrator of AB
      ALT Investicijos.
  --  consider Swedbank AB the Claimant in the case in which the defendent shall
      be AB ALT investicijos.

The Decision within 10 days from the passing thereof may be appealed to the
Court of Appeal of Lithaunia through the Kaunas Regional Court.
