The 2010 calendar for the Kesko Group's financial reporting
concerning the years 2009 and 2010 is the following:

Kesko Corporation's Annual General Meeting is planned for Monday, 29
March 2010. The meeting will be convened by the company's Board of
Directors later on.

The financial statements and interim financial reports will be
released at around 9.00 hours on the given dates. The company
observes a two-week period of silence before releasing the financial
reports.

In addition, the Group's sales figures are published monthly and the
K-Group's retail sales figures in connection with the interim
financial reports.
