Neo Industrial Plc will publish in 2016 interim management statements instead
of interim reports for 3 and 9 first months of the year on the basis of chapter
2, section 5c of the Securities Markets Act. 

In  2016, Neo Industrial Plc will publish financial information as follows:



Financial statement release for 2015              25 February 2016
Financial statements and annual report for 2015       week 10/2016
Interim management statement for 1.1.–21.4.2016      21 April 2016
Interim report for January–June                      9 August 2016
Interim management statement for 1.1.–25.10.2016   25 October 2016

The Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, 31 March 2016.

The financial statement and reports will be published in Finnish and English on
the company’s website at www.neoindustrial.fi.
