Notification of change in ownership

Pursuant the Finnish Securities Market Act (Section 2:9), Sponda Plc has been   
notified that, as from 26 June 2007, the total number of shares held by Cohen & 
Steers, Inc. represents 5.004 % of the Company's share capital and voting       
rights.                                                                         

Cohen & Steers, Inc.: 5 556 408 shares representing 5.004 % of the share capital
and voting rights.
