ASPO'S FINANCIAL INFORMATION IN 2011

ASPO Plc   STOCK EXCHANGE BULLETIN     December 15, 2010, at 16:15

The Aspo Group Annual Accounts Bulletin for 2010 will be released on Monday,
February 14, 2011. The Annual Report will be published on week 13 at the latest.

Aspo will publish three Interim Reports in 2011:
- for the first quarter on Tuesday, May 5,
- for the second quarter on Thursday, August 18,
- for the third quarter on Wednesday, October 26.

The Annual Shareholders' Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, April
5, 2011, in Helsinki, Finland. The Board of Directors will give a separate
notice of the Annual Shareholder's Meeting later.

Aspo's financial information is published in Finnish and in English and made
available on the company website atwww.aspo.com.
