LASSILA & TIKANOJA'S FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND AGM IN 2010                      

In the year 2010 Lassila & Tikanoja plc will disclose financial information as  
follows:

The Annual Report that includes the report by the Board of Directors and the    
financial statements for the year 2009 will be published in March in week 10,   
both in electronic format and in printed format. The printed Annual Report will 
be mailed on request.                                                           

The Annual General Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday 31 March 2010.
The Board of Directors will decide on the summoning of the meeting at a later   
date.
