CLOSING OF THE SALE OF VAAHTO GROUP'S SERVICE BUSINESS POSTPONED

Vaahto Group has made an announcement on 3 September 2014 of the sale of the
Service business of Vaahto Paper Technology Ltd to a company to be incorporated
by a group of investors represented by Antti Vaahto. 

Closing of the sale of the business has been postponed from 16 September 2014
to 26 September 2014. The postponement is due to the process integrations,
between the business transferred and the buyer, taking longer than expected.
Purpose of the postponement is to ensure an efficient transfer process prior to
the closing of the sale of the business.
