FLAGGING ANNOUNCEMENT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKET ACT AT TECTIA CORPORATION

Today, on 10 April 2012, Tectia Corporation has received the following
notification: 

1. Issuer of shares

Tectia Corporation, business identity code FI1035804.

2. Shareowners obliged to give notification

Tatu Ylönen and Clausal Computing Oy (2343262-3), which is a company fully
owned by Mr. Ylönen 

3. Reason for notification

Clausal Computing Oy has made a public tender offer for all shares and option
rights in Tectia Corporation. Based on the acceptances received in the public
tender offer as of 5 April 2012 the flagging threshold of 50 % has been
exceeded (information regarding which has been received on 10 April 2012). 

4. Share of the ownership in the company

Tatu Ylönen's and Clausal Computing Oy's ownership in Tectia Corporation is
14,554,048 shares representing 47.64 % of all shares and votes. 

As of 5 April 2012 acceptances regarding a total of 963,223 (971,135) shares
have been received in the public tender offer. Based on the acceptances
received in the public tender offer as of 5 April 2012 Mr. Ylönen's and Clausal
Computing Oy's aggregate ownership in Tectia Corporation would be 15,517,271
(15,525,183) shares representing 50.79 % (50.71 %) of all the shares and votes. 

The first numbers include the shares regarding which the public tender offer
has been accepted as of 5 April 2012. The numbers in the brackets include both
the shares and option rights entitling to shares regarding which the tender
offer has been accepted, and the percentage stated in the brackets has been
calculated based on all shares and option rights entitling to shares in Tectia
Corporation. 

Tectia Corporation has currently 30,549,208 shares.
