German Securities Trading Act) with the objective of Europe-wide distribution

Helsinki,  11 December  2017 -  Ferratum  Oyj (ISIN:  FI4000106299, WKN: A1W9NS)
("Ferratum")  publishes this announcement pursuant  to Chapter 26 paragraph 1 of
the German Securities Trading Act.

On 11 December 2017 Carmignac Gestion S.A. notified Ferratum that its holding is
1,084,397 Ferratum  shares and voting rights as of 7 December 2017, representing
4.992% of Ferratum's total shares and voting rights.

The  shares  of  Ferratum  are  held  through  either  French  "fonds  commun de
placement"  (mutual funds), managed  by Carmignac Gestion  S.A., or sub-funds of
the  Luxembourg  SICAV  "Carmignac  Portfolio",  managed  by  Carmignac  Gestion
Luxembourg  S.A.,  a  wholly-owned  subsidiary  of  Carmignac  Gestion  S.A., as
