CapMan announces changes to the composition of its Board of Directors

Heikki Westerlund stepped down from CapMan's Board of Directors on 7 August
2013 following his appointment as CEO. Karri Kaitue, Vice Chairman of the Board,
was elected Chairman and Nora Kerppola, a board member, Vice Chairman.

As of 7 August 2013, the composition of CapMan's Board of Directors is as
follows:

The Board of Directors has decided, in accordance with the Finnish Corporate
Governance Code's Recommendation 22, that due to the overall small size of the
Board, the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee comprise two members.
