New shares in Solteq Plc entered in the trade register

Solteq Plc Stock Exchange Bulletin 30.6.2017 at 8.00 am

As a part of the company acquisition Solteq Plc directed a share issue, totaling
to 613,495 shares, to the shareholders of inPulse Works Ltd on 12 June 2017.

The new shares are registered into trade register today. After the changes the
total number of the company’s shares is 18,677,597.

The new shares will be publicly traded as of 3 July 2017.
