In response to the 3 October 2011 press release about the lawsuit filed by the
Serbian privatisation agency against the Group of Companies ALITA AB claiming
compensation of damages in the amount of LTL 234 mln for the failure to
discharge ALITA's obligations during the process of privatisation of Serbian
brewery „Beogradska  industrija  piva“  (BIP), Managers of the Group of
Companies ALITA AB are making an official declaration that so far the Company
has not received any statement of claim and has no information about the
lawsuit mentioned in the press.
