OFFER PERIOD EXTENDED

Aldata Solution Oyj has today received the following notification:"SAUNA TENDERCO 1 SAS PUBLIC TENDER OFFER FOR ALL SHARES AND WARRANTS
IN ALDATA SOLUTION OYJ - OFFER PERIOD EXTENDED

Sauna Tenderco 1 SAS (a wholly owned subsidiary of Sauna Acquisition
LLC) launched on 29 June 2007 its public tender offer (the "Offer")
for all issued and outstanding shares and warrants in Aldata Solution
Oyj and published the related Tender Offer Document.

The acceptance period for the Offer commenced on 29 June 2007 at 9:30
am (Finnish time) and the original acceptance period will expire on
27 July 2007 at 16:30 pm (Finnish time).

Sauna Tenderco 1 SAS has today decided to extend the offer period in
accordance with the terms and conditions of the Offer. The extended
offer period will expire on 14 August 2007 at 16:30 pm (Finnish
time). As previously, a shareholder or a warrantholder may, subject
to the terms of the Offer, at any time prior to the expiry of the
extended offer period withdraw the shares or warrants tendered for.
Also, the other terms and conditions of the Offer remain unchanged.

By extending the offer period, the shareholders and warrantholders
have a better opportunity to consider the Offer which coincides with
the main holiday season in Finland and Europe.

Sauna Tenderco 1 SAS will announce the preliminary result of the
Offer on or about the first Finnish banking day following the expiry
of the extended offer period or suspended offer period, if
applicable. Sauna Tenderco 1 SAS will announce the final result of
the Offer on or about the third Finnish banking day following the
expiry of the extended offer period or suspended offer period, if
applicable. The announcement of the final result will also confirm
the percentage of shares and warrants that have been validly tendered
for and not properly withdrawn and whether the Offer will be
completed."
