Change in Optomed’s holding of treasury

A total of 35,700 of shares have been subscribed for under the Company’s stock
option plans 2015, 2017, 2017B and 2018C and Optomed has used treasury shares
for the share subscriptions. The subscribed shares have been delivered to the
subscribers on 7 May 2021.



The total amount of treasury shares is now 609,678.
