Notification on the disposal of voting rights

Company group ALITA AB received the notification of FR&R Invest IGA S.A. and
Vytautas Junevičius on the disposal of voting rights. The threshold that was
crossed - 5%, the reason for crossing the threshold - transfer of shares of the
company according to Share Sale-Purchase Agreements, on 25 September 2014
concluded by FR&R Invest IGA S.A. and Vytautas Junevičius with UAB
“MINERALINIAI VANDENYS” (date of completion of the transaction - 5 December
2014).
