Sponda Plc issues EUR 150 million domestic bond



Sponda Plc issues a EUR 150 million senior unsecured domestic bond. The
five-year bond matures on 29 May 2017 and carries fixed annual interest at the
rate of 4.125 per cent. 

The bonds were allocated to 39 investors and the bond offering was
oversubscribed. Application will be made to have the bonds listed on the NASDAQ
OMX Helsinki. 

The proceeds from the bond offering will be used to repay existing debt and for
general corporate purposes. 

Danske Bank and Pohjola Markets acted as joint lead managers and bookrunners
for the transaction.
