HKScan Corporation's new name HKFoods Plc registered in the Trade Register

HKScan Corporation, Stock Exchange Release 24 May 2024, at 9.30 a.m. EEST

The change decided by the Annual General Meeting of HKScan Corporation on 18
April 2024 has been registered in the Trade Register today, 24 May 2024. The
company name has changed to HKFoods Oyj in Finnish, HKFoods Plc in English and
HKFoods Abp in Swedish.

In connection with the name change, the company's symbols on the Nasdaq Helsinki
trading system will change. The new trading symbol will be HKFOODS. The changes
will enter into force on the Nasdaq Helsinki trading system on 27 May 2024. The
ISIN code will remain the same: FI0009006308. The company's Business ID
(FI01114253) will also remain unchanged.

HKFoods Plc is the parent company of the HKFoods Group, whose main subsidiaries
are HKScan Finland Oy in Finland, HKScan Denmark A/S in Denmark and HKScan
Poland Sp. z o.o. in Poland. The official names of the subsidiaries will change
in the coming months.
