Vacon Plc Financial Calendar for 2010

Vacon Plc, Stock Exchange Announcement, 30.11.2009 at 3.30 pm:

Vacon Plc will publish its Financial Report for 2009 on Wednesday,
February 3, 2010 at 9.30 am and the electronic version of the Annual
Report 2009 during week 10. The printed Annual Report will be posted
on request, starting on week 12.

Vacon Plc's Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 23,
2010 at 3.00 pm in Vaasa, Finland.

The three Interim Reports will be released in 2010 as follows:
- January-March: Tuesday, April 27 at 9.30 am
- January-June: Wednesday, August 4 at 9.30 am
- January-September: Wednesday, October 27 at 9.30 am
