Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

The agreement between SC Klaipėdos Nafta and SC Orlen Lietuva came into effect

On 1 December 2011 SC Klaipėdos Nafta (further - the Company) was informed that
the Board of the Company approved the new long term agreement for transshipment
of oil products between the Company and SC Orlen Lietuva, that will be
effective until the end of 2024. 



According to the Agreement SC Klaipėdos Nafta will provide the transshipment
services of the main oil products, i.e. heavy fuel oil, gasoline and diesel,
the agreed transshipment volumes will remain on present level. The Agreement
was concluded following the principle of equality, taking into account the
needs of both Parties.
