Election of Chairman of the Supervisory Board and changes in the Board

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2016-04-29 14:12 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- By decision of
the Supervisory Board of Vilniaus degtinė AB, Jean Noel Reynaud elected as
chairman of the Supervisory Board. 

By decision of the Supervisory Board, Darius Žaromskis is revoked from the
Board of AB „Vilniaus degtinė“ and Kęstutis Dapkevičius is elected as new
member of the Board. By the decision of the Board, General Manager of the
Company, Juozas Daunys, is elected as chairman of the Board.
