EFORE PLC'S FINANCIAL REPORTING DURING THE FISCAL YEAR 2009                     

The financial year of Efore Plc will end on October 31, 2008. The Financial     
Statements Bulletin will be published on December 12, 2008. The Annual General  
Meeting will be held on January 29, 2009.                                       

Efore Plc will publish interim reports in the financial period from November 1, 
2008 to October 31, 2009 according to following schedule:                       

November 1, 2008 - January 31, 2009 (3 months)    February 26, 2009             
November 1, 2008 - April 30, 2009 (6 months)      May 28, 2009                  
November 1, 2008 - July 31, 2009 (9 months)       August 27, 2009               

The Annual Report for 2008 will be published during the week 3 in January 2009.
