SUSPENSION OF TRADING IN THE SAHRES OF VAAHTO GROUP PLC OYJ

Vaahto Group Plc Oyj has today applied for suspension of trading in the shares
of Vaahto Group Plc Oyj on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki. 

The company is in active negotiations concerning significant corporate and
financial arrangements. The result of these negotiations will have a crucial
impact to the financial position and the future of Vaahto Group Plc Oyj. The
negotiations are expected to be closed by September 2, 2015 and the result of
the negotiations will be announced without delay.
