The decision of the Board of Agrowill Group AB, regarding sale of the shares of part of the subsidiary companies at public auction

The Board of the Agrowill group, AB at February 20, 2013, decided to establish
the procedure for the sale of shares of UAB Žemės vystymo fondas 1, UAB Žemės
vystymo fondas 2 and BUAB Žemės vystymo fondas 8 held by Agrowill Group, AB  at
public auction. 

Brokerage company FMI UAB „Orion Securities“ is authorised to organize and to
run the public auction. 

The Rules of the procedure for the sale of shares of UAB Žemės vystymo fondas
1, UAB Žemės vystymo fondas 2 and BUAB Žemės vystymo fondas 8 held by Agrowill
Group, AB at public auction, is available at Company's website www.agrowill.lt.
