Subscription for Kesko Corporation B shares with stock options

In February total of 1,006 new Kesko Corporation B shares were subscribed for
with the stock options marked with symbol 2007C in Kesko Corporation's 2007
stock option scheme. The corresponding increase in share capital will be entered
in the Trade Register on April 30, 2014.

A total of 1,006 new B shares were subscribed for with Kesko Corporation's year
2007 stock options marked with symbol 2007C. In accordance with the terms and
conditions of the stock option scheme, the subscription price of the shares with
stock options marked with symbol 2007C is €12.24 per share.

The terms and conditions of the 2007 option scheme can be read on Kesko's
website at www.kesko.fi. The terms and conditions of the option scheme were also
published in a stock exchange release on 26 March 2007.
