FERRATUM OYJ: Notification of changes in major holdings

Helsinki/Berlin,  20 May 2015 -  Ferratum Oyj  (ISIN: FI4000106299,  WKN A1W9NS)
("Ferratum")  has  received  the  following  notifications  of  changes in major
holdings.  Ferratum publishes this  ad-hoc announcement pursuant  to Chapter 9,
Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act.
Carmignac  Gestion  Luxembourg  has  on  19 May  2015 notified Ferratum that its
holding  of the  shares and  voting rights  in Ferratum  has as  of 18 May 2015
exceeded the 5 % notification threshold.

Prior  to the transaction  Carmignac Gestion Luxembourg's  holding in shares and
voting rights in Ferratum Oyj was below 5 %.
Carmignac  Gestion Luxembourg holds after  the triggering transaction 1,988,881
shares  and  voting  rights  in  Ferratum  Oyj  which  represents  9.16 % of the
company's  shares and voting rights. The holding of Carmignac Gestion Luxembourg
is held via Carmignac Euro-Entrepreneurs, a French mutual fund (1,848,212 shares
and  voting  rights  representing  8.51 %  of  the  shares  and voting rights of
Ferratum  Oyj) and  Carmignac Portfolio  Euro-Entrepreneurs, a Luxembourg mutual
fund  (140,669 shares  and voting  rights representing  0.65 % of the shares and
voting  rights of Ferratum Oyj). The total number of shares and voting rights on
which  Carmignac  Gestion  Luxembourg  has  calculated  the above percentages is
21,723,960.
