Orion: Change in the holding of own shares

A total of 2,230 Orion B-shares have been returned to Orion Corporation free of
consideration, by virtue of the terms of the Share-based Incentive Plan of 2007.

The current total number of own B-shares held by Orion is 516,654, the returned
shares included.
