On February 25, 2011 AB “Linas” Board confirmed AB “Linas” consolidated interim
financial reports of twelve months of year 2010 which are not checked by the
auditors and prepared acc.to International financial accountability standards
accepted by EU. 

The sales incomes of AB “Linas” of year 2010 made 35,05 mln Lt (10,15 mln EUR).
On 2009 the sales incomes were 32,9 mln Lt (9,5 mln EUR). Actual sales incomes
of year 2010 in comparison with year 2009 is large in 2,15 mln Lt (0,6 mln EUR)
or 6,5%. 

The sales incomes of AB “Linas” Group of companies of year 2010 made 35,6 mln
Lt (10,3 mln EUR). On 2009 the sales incomes were 33,2 mln Lt (9,6 mln Lt).
Actual sales incomes of year 2010 in comparison with year 2009 is large in 2,4
mln Lt (0,7 mln EUR) or 7,2%. 

AB “Linas” profit before taxation of year 2010 is 8,1 mln Lt (2,4 mln EUR) when
on year 2009 looses before taxation made 2,1 mln Lt (0,6 mln EUR). 

AB “Linas” group of companies profit before taxation of year 2010 made 7,9 mln
Lt (2,3 mln EUR) when on year 2009 losses before taxation made 1,65 mln Lt (0,5
mln EUR). 

Profit before taxation of twelve months of year 2010 of AB “Linas” and Group of
companies increased significantly in comparison with the same period of year
2009 when other (not typical) 1,6 mln Lt incomes were declared as repayable
damages because of agreement noncompliance and financial-investment activity
looses were compensated with 5,5 mln Lt acc.to the judgement of Kaunas District
court. 

The export volumes of AB “Linas” Group of companies on year 2010 made 88% of
all production sales, as on year 2009 it was exported 91% of the production.
