Gerrit den Bok appointed as Managing Director of Marel Further Processing

Marel is pleased to announce the appointment of Gerrit den Bok to the position
of Managing Director of the Further Processing Industry Center as of 1 May
2013, and as such he will be reporting directly to Theo Hoen, CEO of Marel. As
announced on 14 February, Bert Jan Hardenbol, left the company on 28 February
to pursue a career outside Marel. 

Gerrit den Bok is 50 years of age and has been with the company for 23 years.
He has acquired extensive management experience as Manager of Service for
Marel's Poultry Industry Center.
