Nominees to the Supervisory council of GRIGISKES AB

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2011-04-20 13:48 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GRIGISKES AB from
the largest shareholder of the Company, Ginvildos investicija UAB, which holds
48.79 percent of the Company's shares and votes, received a letter with the
list of the nominees to the Company's Supervisory council. 

Ginvildos investicija UAB, as a shareholder of GRIGISKES AB proposes to the
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 26 April 2011, the
following nominees to be elected to the Supervisory council of GRIGISKES AB:
mr. Norimantas Stankevičius, mr. Tautvilas Adamonis, mr. Romualdas Juškevičius,
mrs. Daiva Duksienė and mr. Algimantas Goberis. Information about the nominees
is provided in the attachment.
